You've thoroughly combed through our website, full galleries, and Instagram, and you like what you see. The next step is setting up a time to chat to make sure we're the perfect fit for one another and moving forward with a custom collection.

Make It Official
Once your date is officially reserved, we'll send over a very detailed welcome email (with a preliminary photography timeline) and ship out an 80-page photography guide to help you prepare for the big day.

Engagement Session
Engagement sessions can take place anywhere from immediately following booking us to just a few days before the wedding. We'll recommend locations, outfits/styling ideas, and provide a detailed itinerary with logistical information and tips on how to prepare + what to expect.

Wedding Prep
Expect a series of three emails two months before your wedding with tips + advice from our 10+years of experience. We'll begin to finalize timeline specifics, unique details, family formal list, special traditions and anything else we should know about your big day via a pre-wedding questionnaire. We also check-in with your planner at this time to gather important logistics and details.

The Big Day
We arrive with hours of prep work, a memorized timeline, and we also arrive early to scout the venue and check in with your planner. Be in the moment as we document your day with a calm, creative, and confident presence.

Gallery
Expect sneak peeks within one or two days after the wedding, and a full gallery within four to eight weeks. Relive the day and have these photos as heirlooms forever.
